The Villa has fully autonomy in heating for the winter with units in all its rooms and spaces, powered by oil.
Hot water is provided with a dual system: for the winter the use of the house heating also heats the water at no cost while 2 large tanks of 400 litters powered by solar power for use throughout the year.
